I don't see a 3DO on your list, is it that you've never came across one or that were too costly at the time Wink

any gamer know 3DO was doomed from the start, and that made it so you couldent justify the cost.

Heh sure, look at his giant list and count the number of consoles "doomed from the start." Wink

Sad thing about the 3DO was...that it was too ahead of its time, thus the high cost. Prepartions for internet play, able to play CD and movies, CG, they had it all...just that the technology was too new at the time.

Regardless, it's still selling like crazy on Ebay. Rolling Eyes

Oh lord. Story time boys and girls.
As you may be aware, I do not own a PSP, I desperatly want one and have done everything in my power to get one for months. Well no luck yet guys but heres something painful to choak down. I went to the little cousins house this weekend and ended up staying the night in toronto to hang out with them. Well they're a bit spoiled. Mommie I want it, they get it type deal. So I get there and see a PSP value pack box. (Oh great, I saw that coming) So my cousin Dave has one. He had begged for it until they got him one. Well it went down like this.

Me "Hey kids, WOA! a psps, well there."
Dave "YAH mom got it for me!"
Me "What games do you have for it?"
Tim "He doesn't have any games. Just a movie."
Me "Ooh..? What movie?"
Dave "Team America."
Me "Oh ok, cool, where is it?"
Dave "Donno"
Me "So you use it for what..?"
Dave "What?"
Me "Nevermind, ok where's the PSP?"
Dave "I donno, I lost it."
Me "pah.......ah.......whaaAAAATTTTT?!?!?!?! YOU WHAT?!?"
Dave "I lost it, I dont know where it is."
Tim "He probably left it at school again."
Me "OH MY DEAR SWEET GOD, YOU BETTER NOT BE SAYING WHAT I THINK YOU'RE SAYING!"

We turn the whole house upside down looking for it and I find it wedged in the couch crack, covered in smudges and scratches, the buttons are caked in hell knows what and make a grinding noise when pressed down. The button release for the battery pack is jammed inside the system. Ugh....

So I changed his screne name to Mancakes, his background to pink and his language to chinese, and told him he had to learn how to change it back or he didn't deserve to touch one, and he needed to have it roosting on a rotating pedistal with lights shining on it, not wedged in the couch.

Ok...so guess what I am holding in my hands at the moment?

My cousins PSP. Yes, He didn't learn his lesson. First he lost it in the couch crack, now another city. There is something so injust about all this. The fact that he has one and I don't. I feel bad for being so jelious but he doesn't even know how to use it. And I cant use it because he has no games and he left it here without a charger. All I can do is admire the design, wish I had one, and play "guess how it got that huge scratch" and "what types of food did he spill into the cracks of the d-pads.

Heh, it sounds like child abuse...except with a PSP Confused

You could always go and squeal at his mom, telling her that the little gizmo is worth a "fortune" and that one should be more careful with it...it's up to you.

Oh she know's that it cost her a mint and he does the equivilant of sticking it up his bum. But like I said, they get spolied so the poor child...I mean psp, is doomed. My birthday is in 2 weeks, I hope I get one. Not getting my hopes up, my parents don't like to buy me things like that, and now that they're divorced they almost refuse to go half for something I really want. I usualy just get like something lame that "sorta looks like something I might like."
