I found an easy tool to help me manage the video and audio files on PSP easily, with it, I needn't to rename the video files everytime when I was planning to put some files on PSP. Let me show you how I use it.

The left column shows you the files on your computer while the right column shows you the files on your psp. In order to transfer videos from computer to PSP, you need:
Connect your psp to computer, select the files you want to transfer (Press CTRL for multiple selection), and then click the right arrow button, done!

For copy videos from PSP to computer: Connect your PSP to computer, select the files you want to copy (Press CTRL for multiple selection), and then click the right arrow button, done!

It really helps if you are using a lower version PSP. Renaming files is much too troublesome. This tool is combined with wondershare dvd to psp converter and wondershare video to psp converter, it is also available as a standalone application on the website. All of them are great applicaitons.
